The "crisis" will have to wait until the House returns from vacation.

Thanks, but my words were pure sarcasm. Ever see the movie "Mars Attacks!" The speech of the Martians was more intelligible than some of these posts around here. "Gack..gackgack...gack...gacgackkgakkkk..."

Not sure about the medical and dental services, someone else may chime in.
edit to add: Digging around, it appears there are religious groups (notably Texas Baptists and Catholics) serving as umbrella organizations for volunteer medical providers. The Texas Interfaith Center also serves as a centralized point for a large number of organizations providing funds and volunteers for legal, medical, dental, food, clothing, and other assistance.
The South Texas ProBAR Children's Project gets federal money:

ProBAR Children's Project

ProBAR assists detained unaccompanied immigrant children through its Immigrant Children’s Assistance Project, funded by the Texas Bar Foundation, the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. The Project includes a legal outreach program operated by the Vera Institute of Justice with funding from the Department of Justice.

I knew that, was just playing off it to plug the good deeds that Texas folks are doing.
When there seems to be so much hate being flung around, it's heartwarming to read the other side of the story:

You didn't dig around enough.
HHS gave them money, taxpayer money to take care of the illegals.
