The influx of children is really nobody's fault. It's the side effect of a law passed with bi-paritsan support to fight child sex trafficking in the United States. It causes delays in the deportation of such children. Again, everyone in Washington wanted to do something to fix it, but the tea baggers wanted to go on vacation.
Obama is himself the blame. He knew this was going to happen back in October. He could have stopped it.
He can't stop it. Stopping it requires a change to a law that was passed with support from both parties. It was really nobody's fault up until the tea party decided that drinking beer on the beach was more important than getting something done.
I don't think you know what "personal responsibility" means, clearly Obama and his sycophants don't. Obama and cronies have had YEARS to do something and they didn't and now it's someone elses fault.

Illegal immigration hasn't been addressed since Reagan was in office.
Did we jump from Reagan to Obama with no other president in between?
At least Obama has tried to do something about it. Congress is not doing their part.

He pits folks against the oil companies and coal companies, the corporations, poor against the wealthy, blacks against the whites, blacks against the Hispanics. Obama is the single worse President this nation has ever endured. He does nothing constructive. We now suffer zero confidence among the nations of the world because of his failed foreign policies. His domestic policies are failures too. Obama is a speech maker and hate monger.
He does a few things very well:
- Read speeches (that he did not write) with a rhythm
- Divides people
- Campaigns / Fundraises
He's very people oriented. I think that's part of the reason our previous president was never as popular. He wasn't that good infront of a camera or reading off of a teleprompter.

75% of those kids that came by themselves were reunited with their families already here.
Congress even flew one down to DC to testify about the conditions and then flew him "home" to Long Island where his mother and 5 brothers and sisters have been living.
And not one single "sex trafficker" has been arrested and charged.
Congress this week was working to pass a law that would provide aid to deal with the influx of immigrant children and make the bulk of them a lot easier to deport by changing some existing laws. The tea party leaning nutjob part of the party though decided that doing their job and passing anything was too much to ask. Congress is now in recess for 5 weeks and nothing has been done.
A lot of people have wanted to point fingers about the problem. Now you have a good target. The tea baggers and the people who elected them now bear all of the responsibility for this mess and nothing will happen to help for another 5 weeks.
The "tea baggers" didn't cause this problem. The "tea baggers" are simply trying to get the establishment Republicans to actually pass a bill that will circumvent Obama from granting wholesale amnesty.

Yes, it did. The kids that came here from Mexico, were sent back on buses. It's the others to which the law applies. They have books and magazines in Texas. Time for someone to read up on the issue.
