Isn't that what motivates anybody's decisions and actions?

Obama certainly believes in his world view. That's why he does what he does. That's why he is wrong on everything.

"Does Dick Cheney believe his lies?"

Is there some rule that says he has to?

Does Dick Cheney believe his lies? - CNN.com

Cheney's endless media appearances, including this remarkable interview with CNN's Jake Tapper, reveal a nearly sociopathic refusal to admit any error, express any remorse, apologize for any mistake.

And so let us review the Cheney record: No vice president has done more damage to our country, not even Vice President Aaron Burr, who shot and killed Alexander Hamilton 210 years ago.
Since he has not lied he would believe the truth

Fact checking Cheney's statements in interviews. Hard to believe, but mostly false.

We still "torture" via rendition. When have black sites in various countries, where we pay people a lot of money to harshly interrogate various people.

Guess what.....all those nitwits just spilled the beans on all those countries that helped us greatly in the last decade or more. National security has now become a political-football......watch the
so-called leaders be very gun-shy when we yet again have to do some nasty things.

King Osama blast them from the sky, so compassionate. Sometimes you need to capture and interrogate to get maximum useable information. Does anybody know that there are various techniques and tactics in the art of interrogation.......some of them are nasty, but I guess all of the nasty techniques are NOW considered TORTURE!

LoL, the Sydney siege proves Dick Cheney right.

LWNJs, keep apologizing for Islamic terrorists if you don't mind being destroyed by them eventually.

Here is a perfect example of how the pain of having experienced the repudiation of the OP's political views in the recent election can drive that person to near insanity. The anger is completely understandable, and the false premise of the thread's title seems to confirm the delusion.

Even a complicit news media couldn't mask the stench. The foundation of Stalin and Mao that underpins the today's Democratic Party has collapsed yet again.

Perhaps the OP should turn his attention to the stain on America the now occupies the White House.
He and his party are authors of an America more divided than any time in modern history.

Thank God liberals are no longer behind the wheel.

The deflecting in this thread is priceless. Leave Obama out of this, right-wingers. He hasn't been perfect, and it's not saying much, but his presidency has been far superior to Bush's. Not even close.

As for Cheney, he was worse for this country than Bush. Think about that for a second. WORSE THAN BUSH. That is failure on an unfathomable scale.
