Jim Hoft's Unsourced Claim That Officer Darren Wilson Had an "Orbital Blowout Fracture of the Eye Socket" - Little Green Footballs

The entire right wing universe (including Drudge Report) is now screaming about this post by, yes, the Dumbest Man on the Internet again, claiming that anonymous sources told him officer Darren Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket” in a struggle with unarmed teenager Michael Brown: BREAKING REPORT: Officer Darren Wilson Suffered “Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket” During Mike Brown Attack | the Gateway Pundit.

[MOD CUT/copyright violation]

It would definitely help his case if he would have reported the injuries immediately. In the original Police briefing, the Chief did not mention Brown punching the officer. Only later that there was a struggle for the gun.

More food for thought.

The Governor said the same thing as did members of Congress.
They don't seem to think there's any need for a trial either.

Anyone with half a brain should understand the precarious nature of police work. When your fighting for your life you are in fear for your life. An officer even with all his training is still just a human being with faults. We have had similar shootings in my small state where the suspect was white... I don't recall rioting and stealing and chaos..

There is no need for rioting in the streets and robbing and stealing. This only supports negative opinions of the black community by many.

When a doctor makes a mistake and a patient dies or a seriously injured we don't go to the hospital and throw bricks. We sue the hospital and doctor, we demand that better more efficient procedures be implemented so other mistakes don't happen...... and this from an institution who's sole purpose is to make money..... not serve the public!
yeah, but see, most of these thugs don't have a brain....unfortunately, they make it racist, instead of a criminal offense....

Well the mayor of Ferguson came out from under his bed and spoke to the press.

There's no racial divide in Ferguson and the city is a model for the region

Mayor: 'The city of Ferguson is a model for the region'
Ferguson Mayor: 'There's Not A Racial Divide In Ferguson'

I cannot comment on this, who knows, and keep in mind, everyone is getting onboard for money's sake....
When this story first broke, the very same day, right after it happened, the new media reported that a cop shot a man, b/c the man jumped on him in the cop car and tried to take his gun....
So, the next day, all the stories changed, why? Who saw this happen.

Missouri coroners question practices of forensics company operator : News

So the autopsy was conducted by Friday and Baden flown in on Sunday. The autopsy was conducted apparently by someone without any formal medical license.
Ain't it great what money/camera time can buy you today?
Wonder if Baden has another book in the works.

Baden's great as a talk show regular, kind of like the Dr. Phil of the pathologist set but one wonders if he'd not been the pathologist to the stars would he even be here now?

I saw it happen in real time. It depended on where you got your news. Everybody threw their own slant on.

The other reporter who claimed an unnamed Police source told her, "Dozens of witnesses corroborated the officer's story" was called out by her own newspaper.

They had to release a statement saying she was on Medical Leave and was not representing the paper in their reporting the story.

But if you notice, posters on here ran with it as fact for days.

Like I highlighted in the previous post, the account could be true, but the sources are very shaky and questionable.

I predict that the Grand Jury will not serve an indictment. .that is the way the Prosecutor plans on washing his hands on the matter.

if the evidence was clear cut (i.e. per the witness testimony) we would of seen an arrest.

Doesn't matter, like Brown's accomplice they won't be charged (for fear of inflaming the situation further).
