Two guys with the exact same distinguishable body sizes
Two guys with the exact same distinguishable clothes
A short distance from where this incident occurred
A short time before this incident occurred....
Robbed the store and it wasn't Brown and his friend?
Is that some of the evidence you are presenting?
He's trying to claim that Brown actually paid for the cigarillos and the store clerk chased him to the front door to congratulate him for being a super valued customer.

He stole them. The owner will say anything so his store won't be a target. His livelihood is tied up in the store.
