The "airtime" you refer too is based upon ownership. I live in a incredibly liberal city, and the only talk radio we have is far right. This isn't a market force causing this, its ownership of the airwaves, and their political choices.

That's why these two groups are at odds with each other, and why the country is so divided. There are no more moderates any more, you either side with The Totalitarian Socialists or you side with the Liberty-Loving Patriots. Those who wish to walk the fence will be impaled on the fence. Everyone will have to choose a side sooner or later, eventually everyone will be pushed into one army or the other.
Here's the credibility problem with your comment and those "liberty-loving patriots". They are not patriots, as they do not support their country and its authority unless a republican is president. You can't be a contingent patriot. Secondly, they did not make a peep when Bush and Cheney massively expanded the executive powers and made a their huge power grab. Love the way those "liberty-loving patriots" are also extremely prone to short-term memory issues, even though they can magically channel the founding fathers.

Humanstinkers naturally divide along a LOT of different lines.

A country, in theory, should have something, some big thing, that unites its citizens.

The USAtard....well, it really has nothing to unite a very, very divided populace.

BRING ON THE MAD MAX SCENARIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need to go back to actual capitalism.
What is actual capitalism and when did this occur?

Ouch. That was almost painful to read, and so true. These same people go ballistic over this stuff, then gleefully say how much they will enjoy it when their side gets back in power, and does it....only worse. Not recognizing the reality. They're not helping.

Point to ANY moderates, either Repub or Dem. As an Inde I get to critic both sides and right now I give Both an F for Failure.

What exactly do you mean by "reshaping the system"? Tell me one single thing that has changed as a result of the words of Rush Limbaugh or Sarah Palin? Even a tiny little change?

We have nothing to go on as far as the shooting at this point just peoples speculation and rioting by some. That is the reason we have courts. I would hardly blame a shooting on either party really as its come down to law as written; not politics.

Do you not know?

Capitalism is the right of the individual to own and engage in trade as he sees fit. His ownership is backed by law and his right to trade is unfettered. It requires enforcement of contract and an absence of coercion by uninvolved parties.

Patriotism is not the mindless backing of politicians. In the US, is an obsessive belief and defense of the individual's freedom, rights, and liberties.
