"Though racial discrimination exists, it is nowhere near the barrier it once was. The relevant question is: How much of what we see today can be explained by racial discrimination?"
There's no question our history has put us in the situation we see today. This much is obvious. Yet no one is going to care or give us reparations to help us out of this hole. So we need to come together and solve our own problems. We need to be taught our history and make something out of it.

Agreed. No 1 owed Black people a thing. Affirmative action was reparations. Word was back in the day after slavery Black people stuck together and took care of their own, there wasn't much of this stupid Black on Black killing till AFTER Jim Crow was stopped. Maybe because those Black dudes and ladies who kept the old hoods from anarchy moved out leaving the more helpless ones to fend for themselves.

Affirmative action is the worse reparations in the history of mankind if they were. It holds the world record in being the only reparations that benefited every group more than the one it was given to. The group who benefited the most? White people. Excellent reparations that was.
A lot of what he says could apply to poor whites where the illegitimacy rate- and all the social woes that go along with it- is also skyrocketing. The illegitimate birthrate for women with a 4 year degree or more has remained in the single digits for generations while for less educated women is approaching the current one of black women. You have to ask yourself, if starting a single mother household is such an acceptable move, why do educated women and the rest of the elite avoid it like the plague, despite what the media tells us?
IIRC the discrepancy between unmarried and married birthrates among blacks is as much due to the married ones sharply curtailing the number of children they have.

Sense we're on the subject, let just ask this question. People are against the idea of reparations wholeheartedly. When the slaves were set free in 1865, would you have agreed to give them reparations at that time?

Liberia would be a good choice. Jim Crow there is still the law but the other way around: white people CAN'T get citizenship there. Tho word was 150 years ago even Liberia had "apartheid" with its citizens of US Black family on top and the "African" Blacks getting the crumbs.

Haha, would you finance the trip personally? Give me a mega yacht, and I'll sail to Botswana. Then once there, I'll sell the yacht and start a business. (Do you know there are more black billionaires in Africa than in the US)
