No, that area of PA, the whole northern tier really, can be pretty remote above I 80. If someone knows the area it isn't too hard to lose yourself.

The Constitution of the United States of America is the supreme law of the United States. Your statement suggest terror by government is acceptable and preferred to liberty but not a method available to the population. Could be interpreted as the government doesn't believe in the Constitution and we'll shoot anyone opposed to our view.

The ninth amendment is the one most violated by the Supreme Court and acts as if it was written on toilet paper or not at all.
The Ninth Amendment states that the list of rights enumerated in the Constitution is not exhaustive, and that the people retain all rights not enumerated.
So any interpretation of law should be written favorable to the people not government in an attempt to control people. Seems so easy to understand and quite clear.
What seems perfectly clear to me and easy to understand is some war-game playing yahoo that murders someone in cold blood while hiding in the bushes like the chickens**t he is deserves a noose around his neck, that's the way I interpret the law.
