And the Arab states support is letting the US use their territory.
Nothing more.
I guess you missed this. If the DOD is making this claim and it's false, I don't see how it helps.

Aircraft from several Arab states took part in the attack. They were: Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, according to the Defense Department.
Exactly we trained financed the Iraqi Armed Forces for a decade and the first sign of trouble they flee run away ...reminds me of the S.Vietnamese army fleeing the commies in '75 leaderless on a muddy, rutted logging road.US advisors training these Arab tin soldiers doesn't give me a warm feeling of security.
CNN, no links yet - saying that the strikes are in Syria, but on ISIS. So apparently not on Assad.
On a tangent, I don't see how we can distinguish between more than 40 rebel groups as "moderate" Muslim fighters...as they constantly go in and out of alliances with one another. Seems like arming Al Qaeda all over again.
John McCain says he can. When was the last time he was wrong? ... oh wait nevermind
That was the pre-9/11 attitude, but unfortunately the locals did not deal with them in Afghanistan, and 9/11 happened. Americans died. Your attitude is irresponsible.
9/11 happened because we are killing innocent people in the Middle East, we are occupying and desecrating their Holy Lands and our undying support of Israel. Your post is irresponsible.
Good to see the Saudis conduct air strikes with us instead of on us for a change. 9/11 never forget
There were no Saudi planes in the air. Jordan says they flew missions and it's possible that UAE flew missions, but the Saudi 'cooperation' is probably use of air space (which is significant in these countries) and use of air bases (maybe).

Uh: "9-11" WILL ensure the US being in the Middle East taking care of business. Bad move there, Islamists, real bad move.
I'm now hearing that Saudi planes & UAE planes were involved in the attacks on Raqqa (ISIS Command in Syria).
The Arab forces did not participate in the bombings on Aleppo.
The Pentagon has also stated Bahrain also dropped bombs and that Qatar did not participate in Airstrikes with planes at all. I was a bit surprised that Qatar was involved at all .... considering their ties with these Terrorist groups.

Reason: additional info
If a white guy from ohio starts cutting heads off, do we bomb Ohio?
No, we expect the police to arrest them. It doesn't matter if they are legal immigrants who did it, a home grown threat, or illegal immigrants, its still the same principle. Its a police problem.
ISIS in Iraq and Syria do not threaten us militarily.
During the civil war in our own country, we had radical militia groups. This is normal. We need to let the people in these areas get tired of this, and deal with it themselves.
I'm not going to say we can't help coordinate air strikes, but the saudis, Egypt, and many other countries already have us weapons. Let them do the dirty work.
Well that failed when Clinton did it. Terrorism is not a "police issue", don't agree. Also, don't sit there and think that ISIS supporters are not already here. They've BEEN here. In one article, (I read a lot of papers last night...so forgive me that I can't find the link this very second), Canada has already deported 30 ISIS wanna bes. Do not sit there thinking that they aren't already here. They are. They have been.
We cannot be stupid enough to believe that these people are not smart enough to plan well. They've been planning. What will they do? I guess time will tell. There may be 31,000 ISIS members, that we know of, but how many "silent" supporters are there, in various countries, around the world, already.
We should have secured our borders LONG ago, years ago, decades ago, but the sheeple didn't want to hurt the path to hand outs for those in Mexico. Do any of the sheep now understand why securing our borders was not just about saying, "hell with the poor Mexicans"? While those sheep were bleating that we were being "racist", and that we "didn't care" that those people "just wanted to come here for a better life", some of us were talking about how terrorists could cross the border easily. Oh how the sheep laughed and laughed at that. "There's no evidence that has happened". I remember someone said that. I distinctly remember someone saying that. Or, "they could come in on planes, the border doesn't mean anything". IDIOTS, I swear.

We don't need to waste the lives of our people in the ME. If we ARE attacked, I agree, a nuke or two is a more appropriate response than making a few little craters in the desert.
I agree with the bolded. That's what I wanted. Why is it that Kerry can tell the ME that it's imperative to secure their borders tight, but we can't do squat about our borders here?

Israel shot down a Syrian plane that entered Israeli airspace - first time in 32 years that has happened.
Syria claims the US gave them advance notice - the US denies it. All seem to agree that the Iraqi FM was given a letter by Kerry to give to the Syrian FM. They will all parse their words/actions and jockey for position. Bashar al-Assad desperately wants to be part of the 'coalition' that attacks ISIS - he has 2 choices now. He can threaten to take the USA to the UN for condemnation over the strikes OR he can act like he is part of the coalition. At the end of the day, no matter what happens - Assad is likely to be the winner as his forces re-take the cities that the USA bombs.
What I read was that the US did tell Syria before they started the bombing. Also, I've noticed that some of those papers you listed last night still aren't reporting on it, and the ones that have, it's not a headline. It's some side story on the front page.

This is their religion. Jews and Christians are "pigs" according to the Quran, and Christianity represents the West.
The Quaran teaches that they are to bring the entire world under subjugation to Islam and Sharia; a world wide Caliphate.
We had better learn this. They must be destroyed once and for all.
It's not just the US. They have gone all out to say that they will kill Canadians, French, Americans...they aren't being discriminate.

We told Putin off so we could get in there some how.
Iraq has been getting bombed for a month, but I have yet to read, (not US media outlets), that Syria was being bombed for a month.
So, here's my question today: Aside from the US throwing all this money and arms out there that ends up in the wrong hands, who else has been funding these groups all this time? Where, exactly, are they getting their money? Is that money coming from some specific place? Where would that money be coming from?
