The Secret Service has a pretty good record. I even considered the prostitution scandal to be boys being boys. But then a new appointee was brought in to reform in the wake of that scandal, and from there things went to hell in a hand cart. Again, there are things here that just don't add up.

thats kind of the way I had them ranked as well...just figured SS was the cream of the crop with DEA/BATF being the washouts nobody else wanted.

Do the SS agents change with each POTUS or do they just keep the same ones in place for the POTUS detail until they (the agent) retires or do they revolve out and the ones protecting Bush for example just go with him when his term is over? I have always kind of wondered about that
