Talk about a violation of civil rights. A right that has been outlined in the US. Constitution for 227 years.
I would sue, bankrupt the business and then start my own business with the funds.

Does the NLRB have any teeth left in a case like this?

Good grief....

No one that lives in our township would have a job......

In fact right now I can not think of anyone I know that does NOT have guns.

Our pastor hunts.

It is a contitutitional right, not a civil right. The business should be bankrupted.

Hmmm, I thought the Cons here were all for companies being able to discriminate however way they wish, or is only when it comes to companies run by Cons? So, either you have a double standard or don't. Somehow I doubt is was simply about them owning a gun, usually there is more to the story and I doubt this case will be any different.

Should the state be allowed to tell a business owner for what reason they can terminate an employee?
I think not.

While personally I believe there are way too many a'holes with guns running around out there, the 2nd amendment does protect the rights of individuals to keep and bear arms. The company has a problem.

I disagree.

I know I am a "con".......and a business owner.

I would never tell workers that could not own a gun.
