I've been following this story closely. I was sitting at a meeting in lockdown on Friday when he was sighted just down the street.

From interviews with his brother and others they are saying that he's changed his identity multiple times while in the U.S. He's been living in Utah and only drove to Sacramento last week and was desperately begging for money from family members because "someone was after him." Drug deal gone bad? Owed money to the cartel? He pulled a gun on his own brother and robbed him of all his money before he took off, so something desperate was going on.

Regardless of what ICE wants, California won't give him up. He killed two police officers and that's the end of him. He also shot a guy (father of five) twice in the head because he wouldn't give up his car fast enough. He hopefully will recover.

Plus his wife, who he had in the car with him is also going to prison. She's been charged with attempted murder and carjacking.

Sad sad story all around.

Wow..What a frickin' needless mess.

If the cartel wants him then a Cali prison will be his final resting place the minute he hits the door anyway.

California does have a three strikes law, but this guy will never see freedom again. He'll get at least two life sentences for the murder of the two police officers, plus years for gun enhancement--using a gun in the commission of a crime (car jacking two people). I wouldn't be surprised if he's sentenced with 150 years.

I'm disappointed. Too bad we can't we take this POS out back and let a firing squad do the honors!

That would be a lot cheaper than life in prison that we have to pay for.

You must be ecstatic?

Staying up past your bedtime.

No school until Monday.
The bold proves you never read your own source material as it says all of that in the link.

If someone went through the length of researching the fact that he was deported twice 12 and 14 years ago, im sure they would know if he was released within the last 5.

an absents of evidence is not the evidence of absents.

By your argument, me saying im not a walking talking dolphin means there is a possibility that i am one.

I went back and edited my original post, LOL!

Mexico does indeed do a lot of sniveling and screaming about how illegal youknowwhats are treated in this country. I guess free medical care, free public education and God knows what else--aren't enough!
