Malaysia Airlines plane missing for almost two days now; terrorism may be involved
I'm sure most of you who have been paying attention to the news have heard about this tragedy.
The plane simply "vanished" while cruising at 35,000 feet. It's a Boeing 777, which has been in service for close to 20 years and has only been involved in one fatal accident ever and only three people out of close to 300 onboard died in that accident.
There were multiple passengers on the flight who were flying with stolen passports. The flight was going from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
With the lack of debris thus far, it looks like either a catastrophic failure occurred or someone on board blew it up. I guess there is also the possibility is was shot down by someone.
