I mean God, I had a friend of mine witness (one of hundreds) the Commercial jet liner hit the fricken pentagon (or at least go over the hill, down into the pentagon. . and heard the explosion). I talked to him the following day (you okay dude). He was a stay at home dad, and heard the jet. Sounded like it was going to hit his building. he threw his kids on the ground, and jumped on top. He looked up. .through his patio. There is a hill and you can see the faintest edge of the pentagon. . and he saw the plane.
That story was the day after. . .the events, when the phone lines opened up. Not a friend of a friend. Just my friend, me on the phone, directly.
That is easily applicable to TV news/media
The mainstream media on tv makes it easier to spread lies, and untruths too. You won't ever hear the truth from mainstream media on tv.

That's a curious thing. People who, perhaps rightly, don't want to believe what they hear on corporate media news turn around and swallow over-the-top stories on the Internet hook, line, and sinker, and don't stop to ask if it makes any sense or to verify the information using other sources. How is "It's on the Internet, so it must be true!" different from "It's on television, so it must be true!"?

Anyway toward the end of George Carlin's life he used some of his shows to try to inform the public. He knew his time on this earth was short so he used some of his fame to try to tell people what's happening. He was rich and connected enough to see some of this stuff. The great majority of people are not. Listen to him. He's trying to tell you something.

My uncle died in 9/11, my pregant sister was in the building, my brother was at the closet tall building to WTC near the window and actually saw the first plane hit and fireball errupt. I can't wait to give them your update, wait my Uncle is dead so he has to wait.
Oh and I forgot. I guess Norman Dodd is a clueless conspiracy wacko too. By the way he said the lady that researched the tax exempt foundations for him lost her mind. Eustace Mullins used to almost kind of brag to people that almost all of the research for his books came strictly from the Library of Congress Congressional Records and that he footnoted all of his research right from our own government records.
People love to believe the fairy tales though. It's Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny as children. Then onto self governance, elections, our government blah, blah, blah as adults.
And the one thing people are trained to think is a fairy tale which is Christ Crucified and the fact that he established a Church, was born of a virgin, and will come back to judge the living and the dead is ironically the truth.
