They're stupid. The keep asking for the vote breakdown too and he already said its illegal to reveal that.
Did you hear one of the reporters yelling "Will you be able to rest well tonight? Will you be able to rest well tonight??" to the prosecutor as he left? What a loser. He should be fired, that's not professional at all.
And yes, they asked the same question over and over even though the answer had already been given. I noticed he said he would take a few more, but then after that he was asked what he would say to Brown's family, even though he started the whole statement with a long, nice statement to the family. After that, he didn't take any more. I'm guessing he decided to end the exercise in futility, and I don't blame him.
No one from the press or elsewhere has any basis to question the GJ in this situation. They were not/are not privy to the FACTS and EVIDENCE. Only the GJ, prosecutor, and a few others were privy. The facts are that Brown apparently assaulted the office, attempted to take his gun, and the actions of Off. Wilson were totally in line, and Brown was responsible for what happened to him. Not saying there are not wrongful shootings of innocents, often including minorities. by police - see NY a couple days ago - but Brown? No - this was apparently the wrong case (yet again) to jump on the police abuse bandwagon. Brown apparently brought this on himself and is responsible for his own demise.
From the first few sentences of his premeditated, idiot, and callous "speech", you knew there was going to be no indictment. He took this opportunity to take jabs at eye witnesses, the media (I'm sure he was referring to CNN), social media and Mike Brown, himself, before getting to the indictment status.
Just as the governor took time to blame the 1% of negative, violent rioting as opposed to the 99% peaceful rallies, but failed to point out the deficiencies in the police response which sparked the incidents, the DA took time to point out all deficiencies in Mike Brown but not in Darren Wilson or the police processes which added to the tensions in Ferguson.
Where is the national guard to arrest all these criminals who are now on the rampage?
