Every time you state that, it makes me think you haven't read the documents from the grand jury, because the forensic evidence is not over-whelming proof of anything, as far as I can tell so far from what I've read.
In one of the final documents the jurors are asking about the amount of foliage on the trees near the scene...it just seems like a big muddle.
But I don't blame these jurors. In what I've read they raise some of the very same objections I have. Dump a bunch of inconclusive statements on them--- confusing, jumbled, contradictory --- and ask them to somehow become forensic experts and legal scholars and make sense of it---and no one to guide them...it's ridiculous.
Are you being intentionally and willfully ignorant because the EVIDENCE doesn't match the narrative you have chosen to feel & follow?
Fact - attack @ police SUV where there was a struggle for the gun and Mike Brown took a bullet to the hand 2 shots fired
Fact - 6 black witness corroborate that Mike Brown "Charged" back @ Office Wilson after fleeing. One even described it as a football charge with his head down.
Fact - Mike Brown blood trail goes 25-30 feet beyond his body.... "Proves he turned and charged back at the Officer"
Fact - Media witnesses reports proven false by several witnesses and the evidence
I find it insane that people suggest its ok to shoot a fleeing suspect who hadn't killed anyone or hurt anyone.
Sorry, but police have a higher standard. If this 6 foot tall guy was walking or running away, call it in. Don't shoot him. You don't shoot fugitives just because they are running. This isn't cool hand luke
He wasn't fleeing and he had in fact "hurt" the police officer. Furthermore, the suspect was a known felon who hadn't yet been searched who turned around and charged the officer. Yeah, you're going to get shot when you do that.
If the race hustlers and liberals hadn't sensationalized this story, it never would have made the light of day. Liberals and Democrats have a vested interest in stoking racial tension, which is why Ferguson is burning tonight.
Typical. The black culture falls off of the cliff of ignorance. I have never seen a DA speak so in detailed manner and attempt to do a good fair and careful job. "His words were empty". UNBELIEVABLE.

I always had this weird idea. The looters should pack into buses and vans and go to neighborhoods they don't usually live in and loot and pillage there. That would get a response.
I have lived in some upscale, whitebread areas. Do you know what would happen if a crown of belligerents (regardless of race) showed up and started torching $***? It would be very different, trust me.
This is a sad commentary on our society. Apparently, we are no longer the "Great Society" that set the example for the world. We have descended to lawlessness and disorder.

Shall I keep going?
It is interesting why she and they won't listen to information.
