Amen.

I am so sick of many of our representatives going around the world to stick their noses in another country's business, which we have towns here literally going unprotected from destruction. Who gave the order to stand down and let the looting go unstopped, and the merchants livelihoods destroyed?

Somebody needs to remind our lousy representatives they are supposed to PROTECT US.

I think he may not want to touch it with a ten foot pole. Grand jury of citizens are pretty hard to over come. Not now a new AG start out either.

Whatever happened to "all looters will be shot on sight"? That would have ended the looting as soon as it started.

Yep. The bruises on BOTH sides of his face, as well as one on the back of the neck/head.

Wonderful ex-con stepfather tells them to burn this bi**h down (caught on video).....after all the comments about the family asking for calm. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Most people don't have a serious problem with peaceful protesters, but the looting and burning black thugs give them a very bad name. The second group will always live down to our expectations, just as they did in this case.

This is partly the media reporting - 24hr. coverage. Who cares about riots in Ferguson? Riots happen, stupid looting, violence, we've seen it all before. It makes for great prime time entertainment.

A good article on Officer Wilson's side of the story:

Officer Darren Wilson's story is unbelievable. Literally. - Vox

I agree that some of the comments Wilson attributes to Michael Brown have shades of Zimmerman's claim that Trayvon said, "I'm gonna kill you ***!"

He tussled with the cop---we know that Wilson reversed his car to stop the teens and that Michael's friend claims that the teens were then effectively pinned down. The cop in effect started the altercation by being overly aggressive. Why did Wilson act so aggressively? Over jay-walking and a box of cigarellos.

Michael Brown did attempt to flee. At that point the cop should have waited for back-up if he felt so unequal to Brown.

He didn't have to shoot him to death. Michael Brown was a teenager with poor judgment; the cop was a professional who should not have escalated the situation so that it ended in the death of Michael Brown.

Please explain how that works out to change the outcome.

Wilson will be charged with a federal civil rights violation, seriously?
