He was not charged, but resigned from his job and probably will never work as a cop again. How would you try to start over if you were him? I'd immediately leave Ferguson, sell anything I had there, legally change my name, and go into another line of work.
A month from now most people will have moved onto something else. A new outrage, Kim Kardashians latest butt pictures, another ISIS beheading, even one more black kid being shot by one more white cop in yet one more eastern, ghetto, sh*t-hole city. A year from now nobody will even remember Wilson's name.
If I were him I'd blow out of Ferguson and move his family to a quiet town in the middle of nowhere. He can become a nobody white cop in a nobody white town in some nobody fly-over state. And then he and his family can quietly begin putting their lives back together.
Buy two houses, across the street from each other. Publish the address of one, and place a sign in the yard saying "Officer Wilson Lives Here". Watch the particularly mindless morons line up to protest and trash the place, while filming the thugs doing so.
Or perhaps, do the same, but set up a blind and load up. Except that's sort of hunting over bait, F&G might have an issue.

He is on paid administrative leave according to Mayor and news,shame to lose everything.When the dust settles he will have to resign.
