Why would karma catch up ,when he followed the rule of the law, and the people who made that decision agreed with those laws....and BTW 3 were......shall I say black?
9 of 12 need to be in agreement. We don't know if the vote split was 9-3, 10-2, 11-1 or 12-0. We don't know how the black jurors voted.
He was not charged, but resigned from his job and probably will never work as a cop again. How would you try to start over if you were him? I'd immediately leave Ferguson, sell anything I had there, legally change my name, and go into another line of work.
I would stand up and keep defending my character. I would move out of that hate infested town but I would definitely not retreat.

By being a white male who killed an unarmed black teenager, embellishing the extent of the threat I faced in doing so, I have the ultimate qualifications now to lead the party of Dixie. I also have perfected the art of lying, deceptive marketing, and pure BS, in support of my ridiculous positions, which makes me an expert in GOP politics. I have the overwhelming support of racists and bigots everywhere too.

He could go into the heavy metal business. No matter where he goes he will always have an attraction for lead. He could indorse armor and reloading equipment manufactures for additional revenue. The opportunities are there for some success. Maybe start his own PR firm ?
