Even good parenting cannot stop a troubled person from acting on their bad impulses and engaging in self destructive acts. We will always have troubled teens and adults forcing the police to shoot them. It's just unfortunate that we have adults encouraging people to be angry, justifying that anger, and goading them into committing new acts of violence.
Ignorant Democrats like this, are bad for the country, plain and simple:
