IMO, illegal immigrants have NO rights except the right to be sent back where they came from.
But then, she didn't really answer the question, she just nibbled around the edges of it a little bit.

if a law is unjust, or you think unfair, what is your obligation to follow it?

my problem is that these illegals shouldn't really be "illegal" 90% of the time. its the laws that are broke for how people want to work. . not the people.

Sorry, I disagree. THEY entered the country ILLEGALLY, therefore they are CRIMINALS!
That's all, the end, period!
Oh, yes, we all break a law now and then, so we are ALL criminals, so don't even bother to go there!
Anytime and every time one of THOSE criminals is apprehended, he or she should be put on the first bus back to where they came from!
My ancestors came to this continent long before there WERE any immigration laws, so don't bother to go THERE, either!
I have heard all the excuses, and I don't agree that ANY of them apply!

You must have watched a different video then I did.

To paraphrase she said EVERYONE here has a right to a job no matter HOW they got here. If someone is here NO matter of their status has a right to a job.

In that case should be just abolish the INS and open our borders to any and all who want to come here?

No applications? .No tests? No background checks etc.?

Are you serious?

Really? We have Millions in this country that are out of work because they can't find jobs.
Where in our Laws does it say that "EVERYONE here has a right to a job?"

Illegal immigrants that have stolen across our borders do NOT have a "right to a job", they don't even have a "right" to be here when they don't follow our Immigration Laws that Congress has passed and a President has signed into Law. If the prospective candidate for US Attorney General actually believes that our Laws don't have to be followed ..... then she is not suited for the job and must not be confirmed.

How do you think they got here?

Every single one of them commited a crime just by illegally entering the country.

If they came here illegally then what should they be 90% of the time, according to you?

They're illegal 100% of the time. They're not U.S. citizens. They're illegally living and frequently illegally working in the U.S.

Following your logic, many of our laws might be considered unjust or unfair. Are you suggesting we all should follow our own judgement in regard to the law?
