Knowledge is knowing that Western colonialism ended in the mid 1900s. Wisdom is knowing that Western Colonialism is still happening to this day.
Of all the Abrahamic religions, Jews remain my favorite. I prefer Jesus over Abraham or Muhammad, but his followers have historically been nothing like him. In fact, they may have been polar opposites. But Jews, despite their official doctrine seeming crazy stupid to me, are by far the best group. They're more secular and intelligent.
With that said, both parties have valid claims to the land. WE can let our bias cloud our judgment all we want, but both have lived their long enough to have claims to the land. We can micromanage Israel all we want; this problem isn't going to go away anytime soon. A two party solution needs to be reached, the problem is the shared reluctance. And the Hamas. They're gonna mess that up.
This is such a simplistic, myopic view. There is no "two party solution" because the Palestinians aren't really acting of their own accord and this isn't the home grown "resistance" it claims to be. Palestinians have been misled and manipulated by outside powers, namely Iran. Israel is Iran's only realistic check on regional hegemony. And who stands behind Iran? Russia.
I support Israel. They are the only democratic country in the region, and the only one that offers basic human rights to it's citizens. All the surrounding arab countries are still stuck in the dark ages.
A theocratic state based on religion, has nothing to do with democracy, it is called a jewish state, therefore it's not a democratic state , while implementing an apartheid system for the Palestinian people.
Israeli prisons are full of Palestinians children, what human rights you're talking about ?

I don't believe that, but I don't think it even matters at this point, any more. The fact is millions of people live in Israel now, several have lived there for generations. What are you going to do, tell them it's not legitimate and they have to leave? Where are they going to go? The damage is already done, time to move on and deal with it the way it is now. The past is irrelevant at this point.
Not at all, Palestinians also lived for generations in this land. Israel is still expelling Palestinians from their land and houses to make room for the new jewish emigrant, so it is happening now.
Never too late to fix the problem. If the past is relevant for Israelis then it is way more relevant for the Palestinians.

Well then if Iran is taken out of the equation, it sounds like there would be a two party solution. Perhaps Israel should offer something better than what Iran offers? Encourage the people to fight against Hamas.
