A treaty is an agreement between two or more nations. If not a treaty then what is it?

Congress should be more involved in some things like Iraq but I would not want to see them entering into the landscape of every negotiation with a foreign country.

Congress thinks they have "global" power.

This is what we get for thinking we are the policeman of the world.

And if NWO ever comes to fruition you can damn well bet that none of the other countries will let the US have any power whatsoever.

"[i]n our view, this letter has no legal value and is mostly a propaganda ploy. It is very interesting that while negotiations are still in progress and while no agreement has been reached, some political pressure groups are so afraid even of the prospect of an agreement that they resort to unconventional methods, unprecedented in diplomatic history. This indicates that like Netanyahu, who considers peace as an existential threat, some are opposed to any agreement, regardless of its content.

" ... I wish to enlighten the authors that if the next administration revokes any agreement with the stroke of a pen, as they boast, it will have simply committed a blatant violation of international law. ... Congress may not modify the terms of the agreement at any time as they claim, and if Congress adopts any measure to impede its implementation, it will have committed a material breach of US obligations."
I'm glad to know that the GOP's blatant attempts to derail a possible agreement are being shot down. This is a reprehensible ploy on the part of the Republicans.

And that 'error' would be?

Because idiots still believe that the usurper cares one twit about what Congress or the American people want .. I have made an error?

The mullah in the White House will do exactly what he wishes to do!

He will lie and make deals behind closed doors .. all to the detriment of the American people .. just as he did with NoBamaCare!

Good thing Irans warheads are closer to the west coast!

Its bad when the Iranians need to educate our lawmakers on this sort of thing.
