Once again, if he has broken any laws then impeach him. Conservatives have majorities in both houses so what is stopping them?
Candidate Obama agrees that President Obama has in fact broken laws.
Why the Republicans won't impeach him:
#1 Many Americans will defend and obfuscate the fact that he has broken laws for partisan reasons.
#2 Many Americans will scream racism.
#3 Many Americans will admit that he has broken laws but say that it isn't bad enough to impeach or it isn't a big deal - Republicans made him do it, etc... And maybe it isn't a big enough deal to remove him from office.
#4 Republicans don't have the numbers to impeach without democrats. In fact, if every Republican voted guilty, then they would still need 13 Democrats to get to the 2/3rds requirement for guilty.
You need 2/3 of the Senate to remove a president from office, not just a majority, and everyone knows not a single (D) would vote to impeach and by the time anything actually came to a vote he'll be out anyway so what would be the point?
What would be the point? Like trying to dismantle the ACA 50+ times? Or attaching a rider to the DHS funding bill? Yeah, what's the point?
The fact that he can say "merely expanded" his power without absolute outrage is astonishing. That’s communicating directly to the frog in the pot that you cranked up the heat and having him say yes, it was a little cool in here. They no longer think they even have to lie to the stupid voters, they just say it. I guess they’re right.

OR...OR...OR.... There is no actual justification for impeaching him. The republicans have no issues on witch hunts before, why would they now?
And yet people still support the presidency of Reagan and Bush 2.
Did you forget Clinton or was that an oversight?
