Nothing he says or does is shocking anymore. He is like the Teflon man. You gotta give the the tanned white president some credit.

Once again, if he has broken any laws then impeach him. Conservatives have majorities in both houses so what is stopping them?

I'm certainly not big on his executive orders, but technically, he's remained within legal bounds. Ethical, maybe not. However, they've been ethical in regards to past presidents. He's still made fewer executive orders than many presidents, including JFK, both Bushs, and Reagan.

If he's done something illegal, he can't stop congress from impeaching him.

I think he's went off the deep edge and doesn't care anymore. He's brilliant idea to outlaw 5.56 rounds just goes to prove he's lost it. He created more gun carrying Americans that any President in history and now he thinks he's going to outlaw ammo? I don't think even Dem's leaders are going to allow that.. Maybe in fruit cake land like the cities (Chicago, Philly, New York etc..). Places where the people want government to take care of them but a majority of the country isn't going to be happy. He decided he was going to do whatever the hell he wanted from the beginning. He knew being black he could destroy the country and nobody would touch him. He was correct on both points..

“What we’ve done is we’ve expanded my authorities under executive action and prosecutorial discretion as far as we can legally under the existing statute, the existing law. And so now the question is, how can we get a law passed.”
-B. Obama

I missed that Clause in the Constitution.

I think I will decree a raise for myself today.

Not fast enough procedure. An arrest would be more in order.

In the land of lawyers it takes years of reversals and appeals to see if a law was broken. Legal system moves too slow and nov 2016 will be here before you know it.

Astounding anyone can profess to support a president who is a chronic liar and intentionally misleads by poetic license and rhetoric.

If Obama really has gone beyond the law, why haven't the Pubs in congress carried through on their often threatened impeachment?

Why aren't these bold defenders of freedom doing anything? They have full control of congress and the supreme court. They sure talk a good fight.

Or are they really just gutless gasbags, unwilling to put up a fight? Are they a bunch of incompetent children, unable to even decide among themselves what to do next?

Enquiring minds want to know.
