Throwing a party to celebrate 10 years of banning gay people from enjoying the rights of civil marriage is pretty damn hateful.

It's okay, in twenty years the majority of people will view the ideas as archaic and they won't have much of a sounding board.

If he was gay and had a partner you others would be on this band wagon.
This is where the Gay Community is so hypocritical of other peoples ways. This new age of new life style will pass.
If a gay person made an anti-gay cake, people would support him?

Government is not a place for religious evangelism. It's meant to be secular because I value a fair government. There has never been a genuinely fair government that holds a certain religion above others.

But then again, I'm basing my views of the constitution, which expects a separation of church and sate.

Not to mention the waste of time and money (not much, but still) and the simple lack of class this shows.

No they won't. People are getting tired of the gay agenda being shoved down their throats.

Are they?

I can honestly say my life has been unchanged since gay marriage was legalized. And no one has forced me to marry a man yet, so I think I'm fine. And you are too, you just refuse to admit it.

To be fair, I've grown tired of right wing bigots obsessing over gay people, too.

If right wing bigots have grown tired of having the "gay agenda" shoved down their throats, they could always just stop watching and listening to their fellow right wing bigots, who seem to be the only people around who obsess over gay people.

All that hating people and obsessing over things that don't affect them at all has got to grow tiresome.

Do not under estimate the Power of the Lord. Acts Chapter 5

Your view of separation of Church and State refers that the Gov Shall not create a Church.

I read this article and I take this man is well grounded and fit to make hard and Important decisions for Texas. I am sure he knows his Constitutional boundaries,

unlike the occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
