The theory from the lef has been around for several years that global warming would increase prostitution. I think it is just the reverse: increased prostitution could cause global warming.

Reading the actual bill, she is right, the issue I have with this bill is that it is nothing more than a pat on the back to make politicians feel like they are doing something without actually doing anything.
