Sorry but no. those two things are not at all on the same level. One has a supreme court case thats going to occur over it. Let me know when Rubio or his wifes tickets go to the supreme court.

Don't tell me they weren't disappointed that their herculean efforts only turned up four tickets over a 17-year period for Rubio, then had to hold a summit about whether to include the real crime wave in the family--the missus.

No word about the findings of the smear investigations that they have going on Bernie Sanders, Martin O'Malley, or Lincoln Chafee. Of course Hillary Clinton has not driven during this period, as she has a paid chauffeur to drive her around all this time and more.

Do you really not understand the difference between getting an occasional parking ticket (for Rubio, four over 17 years) and being a deadbeat who has routinely refused to pay and resolve 15 tickets over a period of 17 years, as Obama apparently is?
Sure it's a partisan issue. This is the left-leaning NYT using opposition research from this group https://americanbridgepac.org/ in an attempt to smear Rubio. This was a totally partisan hit-job on a popular Republican candidate.

Now, you are making an incoherent argument where you are arguing that the volume of actions matters more than the action itself.(Quantity over quality), that actually negates your point because now you are arguing what YOU deem relevant rather than if parking and traffic tickets themselves are relevant.
Those arguments are flawed on several levels, but lets argue that for a second. All 17 of Barack Obama's tickets are for parking on a college campus.
Rubio on the other hand was cited for careless driving, running a stop sign, speeding and for running a red light.
if anything, the quality of Rubio's tickets are far worse than Barack Obama. If you believed Obama is a deadbeat then you also believe Rubio could have killed someone by running those redlights, stop signs, speeding and Recklessly driving.

No, the point is, a "News" organization printed a hit piece against a Presidential Candidate and claimed that the information was collected by a non-partisan vendor in Florida. That statement was proved to be a lie, when it was confirmed that American Bridge Pac, the opposition research arm of the Democratic party, provided the research to NYT for the sole purpose of using the NYT as a "legitimate" outlet to distribute mudslinging from the left.
In other words, this is just more validation that the NYT is nothing more than Pravda for the left.
