If you say so.

Perhaps some LEO's should go have a chat with DennisLAWhite?

These gentle YOUNG PEOPLE deserve pool access, even if it is access to your private property!

The reality for many is what the Slimestream-media reports.

(the announcer asks if the lady was white that hit her?) Tatania answers yes, she was white. That may be the only-close-to-truth-statement said here. The lady was white. The lady slapped her. If this is true, what did Tatania REALLY say? What did she do to cause someone to slap her in the face? I can imagine she (Tatania) must have been yelling at the lady, saying her own choice words.

When is the last time you slapped someone in the face for absolutely NO reason?

There are a lot of holes in this story. I am sure Tatania was NOT being pleasant. Who slaps someone in the face for absolutely no reason?

I am sure there was total mayhem when the officer arrived. You only have a snippet of him losing control. My beef is not with the officer, (if he has done something inappropriate, then the police force will do their own investigation). Once again, a short video with NO video of BEFORE.....of all these kids climbing the walls, drinking wine coolers, being nasty to the mother with her child in the wading end of the pool, it goes on and on...

Please, I am not buying what she is selling....
Have you ever found occasion to slap a complete stranger in the face?
Is there ever a legal reason to do so?

Please do enlighten us as to when this would be acceptable.

Jeff Lawrence PLEASE HELP! That (now viral) video of the officer in McKinney subduing a girl in a bathing suit was in OUR neighborhood. The situation was NOT what is being reported…

A DJ setup in a public space next to the private pool in our neighborhood on Friday and played loud explicit (F-bomb) music for multiple hours (it is unclear if he was invited by a resident as no one has claimed responsibility). The teenagers (both black and white) were being brought into our neighborhood by the carload because the DJ was tweeting out invites to a “pool party” for $15 (obviously unauthorized by our neighborhood). The teens began fighting with each other and pushing their way into our private pool. Some were jumping our fence. The security guard was accosted when he tried to stop the beginnings of this mob scene. Some residents who live around the park/pool area tried to come out and settle things down. The teens started yelling racial slurs at our neighbors and started assaulting people and property (throwing bottles at cars and attacking a mother at the pool with 3 young children). The first officer on the scene was by himself. At that time, the party had grown to a large, aggressive crowd. As the officer arrived, many teens started running through our neighborhood. Many of the teens were being very aggressive and yelling at the officers as more arrived.

This was a very dangerous situation for the officers AND the teens/residents not involved. The news media has refused to hear the neighborhood’s side of this story. The video being distributed is only a very small segment of what happened. This information being distributed by the media and others is extremely distorted and in some cases outright lies.

PLEASE HELP US STOP THE BROADCASTING OF THIS IGNORANCE. The media is trying to make it look like our neighborhood is a white’s only, racist area. Anyone who has spent even a few minutes in our area knows this is an outright LIE.

I don't know why you or anyone else thinks the police needed to be called in this situation.

It seems to me that it could have been handled differently.

There are two parts that point to racism.

First why were the police called at all?

I think many, many white residents have racist feelings and are terrified of black people. This manifests itself in seeing and interpreting the actions of black people as threatening and criminal. In their minds this justifies their racist feelings and fears, so they use the state to harass those scary black people away from their neighborhood.

This is why words like dangerous situation are very revealing to the racism of those neighbors.

What was dangerous about teens at a pool party? Even if you don't think they belong there, that doesn't make them dangerous.

Of course it's the skin color of the teens that made the situation dangerous to those white residents.

We have two examples with John Crawford and Tamir Rice. White people called the police on both, lied about their actions, and the racist cops quickly killed them both caught on video. Neither one was doing anything illegal or wrong. John Crawford was in Walmart walking around with a toy gun he picked up in Walmart. Tamir Rice was a kid in a park playing with a toy gun.

But white folks due to their racism and fear didn't see that, they saw John Crawford and Tamir Rice as threatening, possibly violent, so they called the police on two innocent people and got them killed.

This is a massive form of social control carried out against black people, by the state where white people just call the police on black people for existing and being in their eyesight.

This social control lets black people know where we are allowed to go, and our place in American society, that we could be minding our own business doing nothing illegal and a scared racist white person will feel endangered and call the police.

Then once the police are called by racist terrified white residents, the police go into black people are super strong, terrifying, and dangerous mode when dealing with us, and thus we get that horrible display of police work.

That's the real story.

No, not really.
Black residents were also upset by their neighborhood
pool being taken over by hundreds of unruly teens.

Does this mean that when you have a "teenage party", everyone in the state has a right to attend, whether you were invited or not?

Remember, for the time being in our liberal society, there is still such a thing as property rights.

Is it okay for someone to knock on your door, walk in, grab a beer from your fridge, and sit down and watch some television in your living room? Why not? You should be perfectly fine with that.
The park outside is not *private property.* My HOA has a pool and a park. It requires a pool permit, but anyone can use the park. Now our park is not huge, so it would not hold so many. The wealthier neighborhood HOA nearby has a huge park on a Lake. There are no restrictions that say residents only for the park. It is not fenced in and that could not be enforced. Community events take place there quite frequently. Picnics, parties and other events are allowed.

Now, the pool was restricted, so the kids who jumped the fence were wrong. The DJ put the invite out on twitter and used a pool party theme, so he was obviously in the wrong as were any kids who jumped over the fence.

OTOH, the young girl who was manhandled by the cop was a resident of the neighborhood. She may have been a mouthy teen, but the cop was in the wrong. All the other officers seem to have known that given how quickly they moved when he drew his gun. He was the patrol supervisor. He was out of control and should have known better.

He has resigned (goes to show how little power the unions, even the police unions have in Texas, btw). There is never any reason for a 200 lb man to sit on a 100 lb 14 year old girl. He was yelling orders that were contradictory. She tried to walk away and he pulled her back by her hair and sat on her. That *is* assault and he should be charged.

Quote:
Casebolt has resigned from the police force and on Wednesday issued an apology for responding the way he did, NBC News reports. Casebolt said stress from prior calls caused him the behave the way he did on scene.
OTOH, he added the video to his youtube feed of training videos for police officers which seems odd unless it is to show how NOT to act.

One woman who was involved in the fight that took place in the pool area has been placed on administrative leave from her job with CoreLogic, Inc. I'm not sure about the second woman. Also, it would appear that Tatiana might be charged for that fight in some way although it appears that she was defending herself.

Quote:
“CoreLogic does not condone violence, discrimination or harassment and takes conduct that is inconsistent with our values and expectations very seriously,” the firm wrote in a statement reported by Dallas News. “As a result of these pending allegations, we have placed the employee in question on administrative leave while further investigations take place.”

It wasn't about race - they could have been polka-dotted, and if they came clambering over gates and fences to enter private property, and proceed to harass patrons that were rightfully there/confront pool-guards - I guarantee the residents still would have called the police on them.

You don't set up your D.J. shop just next to a community swimming pool, and start blaring vulgar expletive-ridden music - people work hard to have a nice home in a decent area and to have a swimming pool at all - they probably do not want their small children hearing such music, and they probably don't want to hear it either.

It's not about race - it's about disrespect for residents of the community and lack of courtesy, as well as disregard for rules and regulations. These things make one=unruly

The woman who organized that event lives (did live) in that neighborhood with her mother on a section 8 housing voucher - so she didn't put in the hard work it takes to own a home in a decent area like most of the residents there did - the least she could've done, is show proper respect for the residents and for the rules governing the use of the pool.

I did't think this incident would be the trigger..but maybe I was wrong.
Maybe Jade Helm will turn into more than just an "exercise" this summer.

Far Left LA Actor Says He Has

Actor Dennis L.A. White posted on Twitter early Tuesday/late Monday that he has “associates” looking for the family of now retired McKinney, Texas police officer Eric Casebolt, according to a screen grab taken just over an hour of the statement being posted to Twitter.

White saying he has people looking for Casebolt’s family raises the specter of involvement in a conspiracy to harass and intimidate Casebolt and his family.
