I can't blame these people, especially the ones with a long and somewhat troubled history, for totally controlling their environment. Any slip-up or mistatement or jamming a hotdog in your mouth, and blammo, umpteen news stories and internet articles about the gotcha.

If anything, I just figure that the 'policies' emanating from modern professional politicians are 99% the invention of the handlers and are meaningless anyway.
