They will say the NBA and other sports is based on talent and skills but not in day to day regular jobs.
They want to lower the bar on those jobs and blame it on "Culture".

So i take it that you're under the impression that you were the best qualified guy for the job you hold right now? No one else that applied was 'better qualified' than you, right?
