'On the night of June 2, 2013, police in Gardena, California, responded to a call about a bicycle stolen from outside a CVS drugstore. The lawyer who sued the city on behalf of the deceased says the videos show that “Diaz-Zeferino’s right hand was clearly empty and in front of his body when the shots were fired.”
