Do you enjoy making things up? Do you read minds from a distance? Are you so bigoted you simply cannot except available facts but are required to create a narrative that fits your ideology/
Wouldn't you think people would be smart enough to know you move off the roadway and far to the side so you don't get run over by a car?
The jailer should be brought under charges , usually there are cameras in those cells.
If not there should be.
There were cameras. The time stamps were inaccurate She was offered a tray of food and declined. It shows no one entered her cell before she was found. The family claims the tape was edited. Independent investigators will have to determine the outcome.
The tape of the arresting officer's behavior is 52 minutes long and includes the incident prior to Sandra Bland where both parties are reasonable and respectful.
Reportedly it shows the officer demanding Bland put out her cigarette in her car and the interaction accelerated. He asked her 15 x to get out of the car before he threatened her with a taser and took her out of the car. She ran her mouth the entire time. The family claims the tape was edited.
The officer's report did not mention the cigarette dispute.
It is as challenging to imagine LE murdering her in her cell as it is Bland taking her own life with a plastic bag.
I was not at the traffic stop nor the jail and have no opinion.

Why should she have put the cigarette out? Smoking is a legal activity and she was not in a place where it was prohibited.
From asking 2 police officers..because she was so agitated she could have reached out and burned the officer or threw it at him. People have done less and worse so that's a liability.
She could have threw it, he ducked and she jumped out of the car and attacked.
She definitely should have put out her cigarette when he asked and then most likely he wouldn't have asked her to step out of the car. She was being disrespectful right from the get-go. But once he had her out of the car he deliberately took her to a place he knew the dash cam couldn't film, so he was in the wrong, too, and it makes you wonder what he wanted to hide.
In most cases, a cop is more worried about getting killed or injured then you.
But when cops feel in control they dont want that tested. Mentally or physically. Consider them children some act like normal adults and some are children who at any moment if they think they have any reason to put a beat down on you they will.
When a cop puts on his uniform for the day he puts on a bullet proof vest first.
If there ever comes a time when you are for whatever reason not in control and or your life its threaten, might consider the eyes. :-) cops can shoot blind.

That doesn't make any sense at all. A cop has no authority to ask a person to stop performing a legal activity because they are worried about "what ifs". Using that same logic, a motorist should be able to demand that a cop leave his gun in the car just in case he goes into a rage and decides to shoot someone. Which is far more likely to happen than someone burning a cop with a cigarette while sitting in their own car. The cop was acting like a complete jerk and making demands he had no right to make.

Yes he was and she was being a B.
50/50.
Your motorists comment is just plain stupid and not even in the same category.
I watched the news last night. Local news, I live in Houston and our expert said "If a cop ass you to put out a cigarette they CAN tell you to and you 100% SHOULD"
Smoking is legal but remember the whole "when pulled over both hands ON the steering wheel" consideing how crazy she was acting I can totally see her throwing it out past his head.
