Do you limit your own hours to 6 a day? I'm self employed, I can assure you that I'd die of boredom if I only worked 30 a week.

So, why don't you give your two employees a six hour work day? Greed? Lead by example. You can still pay them for 8 and give them benefits.

I end up working far more than 8 hours as it is. How would regulation affect that when I simply have work to get done?
