They tolerate violence in their cities while constantly passing ever restrictive gun laws. In large part because of where the gun violence is occurring. Until they are willing to do something of substance regarding the criminal element who perpetrate the shootings, nothing good will come from their crackdowns on guns.

Louisiana the state with the most gun violence per capita. It's led by a very conservative governor.
