If they can prove it was ISIS, the French should go right ahead and hit them back. Hopefully they don't get arm twisted by the US (who along with Turkey and the Gulf Arabs are the most culpable actors in ISIS' rise) into supporting its twisted and ruthless shenanigans in the region.

No you wouldn't and that is the problem. There is no left in this country,you hear tons of debate and criticism in the republican party about George W Bush, the democrats just basically fall in line for a very mediocre secretary of state like Hillary and a very mediocre president like Barack Obama
In europe you see tons of leftist countries turning to stronger borders and electing center right parties in Switzerland ,Sweden and Denmark and you will all over europe, but in america, its the same old left.

The bombing of libya, disposing of gaddafi, benghazi, leaving Iraq and the blitzkrieg spread of ISIS right afterward , consistently downplaying the rise of the Islamic State.while Syrians and Christians and so many are tortured and killed , women enslaved in Iraq and syria ,homosexuals thrown from roofs, people routinely decapitated and tortured on youtube by ISIS and for all this talk about us having to leave Iraq , we are probably heading back , supporting the islamic brotherhood in egypt
Republicans, for the most part, were firmly behind President Bush, until he was out of office. Hillary & Barack, are Corporate Democrats, which makes them about as much left, as Romney.
