I particularly like the way the author started: "it's hard to know what you don't know, the premise being that when you're ignorant about something, you aren't likely to realize your blind spots...Sometimes, knowing what you don't know just requires a certain degree of humility". Of course, "white humility" is pretty uncommon on C-D current events and similar forums.
I found it particularly interesting that White males who drop out of high school dropouts find it easier to find jobs than Blacks with 2 years of college.

I believe this applies to everyone regardless of skin color. Whites are not the only folks lacking in humility about things they don't know.
