The Male sex is a minority group that has been disproportionately affected by the recession and is overrepresented at the bottom society and has a shorter lifespan and is discriminated against im every area of life. Which political candidates are promising to address
* The legal system's bias against Males
* The research investments we need to cure testicular cancer
* The fact that the majority of good jobs are going to women
* Discrimination against males in industries such as elementary school teaching
???
Can't we elect candidates that will try to do the best thing for the country instead of what's best for men or women or blacks, or Hispanics, etc?
The funniest post I've seen here on CD was from an electrician who said he was a Christian, white, gun-owning straight male, married, takes responsibility for his actions, and that he knows that "pretty much pisses everyone off."
College graduation rates, English and math scores in lower level schooling are two examples. Not to mention higher death rate linked to the type of work men do compared to women. Plus men are abused in relationships to a greater extent than women, they are biased against on the court system, especially family law.
The real unfortunate part of this thread is whenever someone mentions a real complaint or disadvantage the progressive answer is to just say "look at the whining"
I'm pretty sure "liberals" isn't spelled with a bunch of hyphens.
It is: African-Americans, LGBT-Americans, communist-Americans, etc...
