The best way to combat terrorism is not not take their views seriously. Declaring war and constantly talking about them validates their views. Terrorism is a method of expressing a view by getting attention (and frankly, expressing a view is totally optional). Talking about how the 'terrorists will win' is a common thing. It usually follows a plan to use military force that ironically benefits certain parts of the economy. But the reality is, that's validating their view and thus, they do win.
Don't consider their views worth talking about, and they lose. Simple.

We aren't talking about canibals in Amazon, but jihadists who are now living within the borders.
In fairness, I was impressed with the outpouring from a sane muslim CAIR org. They appear to be very disconnected from any violence and are very intelligent loving people.
Obviously you are clueless about CAIR's link to the Holyland Foundation case.
Will the success of Islamic Radicals in CA inspire others to commit similar attacks? Will it bring on the savagery that is so common in other countries with a strong Islamic presence? Suicide bombings? Car bombings? Will we have beheadings here, like in the streets of London? Will stabbings by crazy young men screaming Allah Akbar become the norm?
You really think that was like all the other terror attacks??

We know they are hear. We have been incredibly lucky with the number of attacks the FBI has thwarted, including a massive car bomb in Times Square and attacks on US military bases. Dozens have supported left to fight for ISIS, far more express support and approval. But, like this case has shown, sometimes the savages win.

You're right. Painting ISIS like some legitimate threat to the sovereignty of the United States and the free world only empowers them, in their own eyes and the eyes of potential recruits.
You really think this is just like the other terrorist attack a couple weeks ago and in the past???????????
Apparently you missed the news briefing.
