Seriously, shooting unarmed citizens isn't federal overreach, but holding a person accountable for intentional damage while throwing a tantrum about something that doesn't belong to him IS?

From what I understand they already did time for the supposed arson but another judge thought it wasn't long enough and ordered them to more. That's "double jeopardy". Getting sentenced for the same thing twice. Completely unconstitutional.

they would all be dead by now. If it were the BLM (not the agency), they would have been dead yesterday. The lack of action by the authorities is glaring evidence of racism in enforcement of the law. Black kids are murdered for being in a park with a toy while white terrorists with ARs are being handled with kid gloves.

Or it could be, y'know, this thing known as an "appeal".

That kind of thing could go on forever.

As I am sure you are aware, it is Obama's Department of Justice and his FBI that have jurisdiction over this.

So, it sounds like you are accusing Barack Obama and Attorney General Lynch of racism here.

You are displaying the same bigotry. I fully agree with the point overall but in the end both are protesting the same thing. An unfair out of control system.

Whether they eventually accede peacefully or not, these bozos won't prevail. I hope reason sinks in and it doesn't get ugly, but we'll see.

There is nothing unfair that the white terrorists in Oregon are protesting. The Hammond case is a ruse. The Hammonds themselves said they don't want them there. They should be dispatched ASAP as any terrorist group would be. One hour: come out on your own or come out in a body bag.
