Congress woman Michelle Fiore is not helping, she visited the refuge and met with these fools even though the FBI cautioned against the visit. Now stirring the pot with some ill advised statements in advance of the investigation. This is the same congresswoman that indicated she wanted to kill some Syrians back in the fall.
"Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore said that Ammon Bundy called his wife, Lisa Bundy, from the back of a police car on Tuesday night. Fiore, a vocal supporter of the Bundy family, said that Ammon Bundy told his wife that Finicum was cooperating with police when he was shot.
But sources told The Oregonian/OregonLive that Finicum and Ryan Bundy disobeyed orders to surrender and resisted arrest. No other details were available."

My heart & prays go out to LaVoy Finicum's family he was just murdered with his hands up in Burns OR.Ryan Bundy has been shot in the arm.
Didn't read the DOJ report on the police force in Ferguson, did you? Yeah, they were as racist as they come, and they were happily letting themselves be used as the city's cash machine in a number of ways, many of which completely trampled the Constitution. (You like the Constitution, yes?)
It was the Fergus PD that picked up the wrong black guy, beat him up in the holding cell, and then charged him with "destruction of public property" for bleeding on their uniforms. Power-hungry and corrupt.
We were talking about another subject. You sure you want to talk about lame, lazy, uneducated violent people who would not know the difference between right and wrong.....for generations?

That's what I'll never get (well that's not really true) when some unarmed person of color is killed by police, even if they aren't the nicest sort of persons, reactionaries cheer and gloat but when one there like who is engaged in an ongoing criminal act, armed to the teeth and openly stating that they are willing to kill or be killed in the pursuit of their criminal acts, when they get shot down, suddenly its government oppression. I would think, that both the militia types and the BLM folks would see themselves as natural allies.

Actually, I believe they were invited to speak at a town hall meeting some 70 miles from the refuge. It looks like it was a sting operation. They were stopped by a roadblock in a very remote part of the country before they got there.
It also appears that the FBI has cordoned off the refuge now. This site has been following the video feeds from inside the refuge all night.
One of the guys who claimed he was a Marine wasn't.
No record of service whatsoever.

While the man in the photograph may, at first glance, look like a soldier, he may just be playing the part.
I am still interested in knowing did LaVoy charge them and like Toyman of Jewel Lake suggested, were the body cams running.
