I like Bernie. Seems legit.
Would be a horrible President. Just not the right person for America.
Somewhere in Europe? Absolutely.
Sadly, your summation of Bernie is accurate. He definitely seems legit, and is a marked contrast to Hillary Clinton.

However, he's not the right person for America.

We are.

Perhaps you need to adjust your filter?

Here's how...

“The U.S. economy not only grows faster, according to real GDP and other measures, during Democratic versus Republican presidencies, it also produces more jobs, lowers the unemployment rate, generates higher corporate profits and investment, and turns in higher stock market returns. Indeed, it outperforms under almost all standard macroeconomic metrics.”

And I urge any of my fellow high-net-worth investors out there who may be reading this to support Hillary too...

So money is the issue for inner city schools? Nah, not culture or anything, right?

Let's be reminded that most or all of the moderators, Anderson Cooper etc., are among the top 1%, or close. They probably don't want a Bernie presidency.

Sanders is struggling in this debate, intellectually he's just not on Clinton's level! Sanders remind me of a used car salesman.

You're being kind of unfair, aren't you? I mean, some of the schools in Michigan don't have heat, have mice and rats running around everywhere, etc. It's been all over the news.

I agree that there are problems with teachers, curriculum, all of that (I've been a teacher), but are you really saying that a completely inadequate infrastructure (kids shivering in their winter coats in classrooms) shouldn't be fixed, or doesn't matter?

Exactly.

No reason to question parental involvement here, I'm sure it's rock-solid in Detroit.

Hillary pandering once again by blaming a shortage of money vs. union problems as to why schools suck.

And Bernie, beating that "free college" dead horse yet again.

It's money! Inner city kids can't afford to move to the suburbans where the new schools are being constructed for the middle class!
