From my personal experience, I find this article and poll to be very accurate among black folks. The people that came out in 2008, 2012 and 2018 will come out to vote to get rid of Trump.

Trump won't be losing Florida, that is for sure.
Good luck beating Trump without Florida....

I wonder what they thought of Obama....
Because Obama's Democrats lost 63 House seats in 2010, the biggest loss since the 1940s, and also lost the Senate.
Whereas Trump's Republicans lost 40 House seats in 2018, and gained seats in the Senate.
And most importantly, in 2018 Republicans won the Florida Governorship and Senate.

The only people who I feel can have any kind of optimism about America in 2020 are white evangelicals who believe their faith and traditions should be the law of the land and that anyone who doesn't conform should be destroyed. If you are a minority of any kind or even if you are white but don't want to conform to the stereotypical 1950s WASP ideal, these are frightening times to live.

They won't matter.
The states with huge Black populations are Republican. The states with relatively small Black populations are Democrat. Here are the Obama/Romney results.

Maybe you have forgotten that Obamacare (Affordable Care Act) was passed in March 2010. The ‘Pubs used this health insurance program (now much loved by many) to beat up the Dems in the election that year. So the Dems lost seats, but they did something great for many American citizens. (So where is that great health insurance plan promised by Donald Trump during his campaign?)

Who loves Obamacare? I don't know one single person that does, unless they get it heavily subsidized.
