The three network evening news shows pull in 22 million viewers nightly. The highest rated Fox News show gets a little more than 2 million. That is not even counting MSNBC which gets similar ratings as fox and CNN who still gets a million watching. Add the late night talk shows, SNL and any other number of left leaning shows and its 98% anti trump.
And what exactly is Spectrum? Never heard of it and I watch all sorts of news from all perspectives. I would think I would know since according to you they are dominating all television.
I don't like Trump and would choose disapprove if given the chance (never been polled about any POTUS).
But Obama bounced along at 40% and the low 40's several times with over 50% disapproval according to Gallup - Link below. Trump is trending up where Obama was at about the same approval rating at this point in his term and was trending down.
The problem with the people who really really hate Trump and those who really really like him is a disconnect from reality. Yes Trump has high disaproval in polls. But so did Obama. In fact his average approval rating was the lowest since Jimmy Carter. Nixon had a higher average approval rating than Obama did. And you can't accurately judge how Trump will be overall until he leaves office.
Obama got The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) passed, with STRONG disapproval from the Repubs. This probably accounted for his low ratings at the time. Plus, Mitch McConnell said on Obama's Inauguration Day that the Republicans in Congress' main objective would then be to "Make Obama a One Term President." Obama constantly had waves of bad publicity from those politicians trying to get rid of him. But you know what, he's going to go down in history as one of our better Presidents.

Every POTUS faces a hostile opposition. The good ones overcome that and succeed. The bad ones use it as an excuse. I would put Obama and Trump in that category.
And what is Obama's legacy? You need to accomplish things that stand the test of time. He did a lot of EO's that are easily repealed. Even Obamacare will be dead soon. It would be like praising FDR for starting social security even if it went away a few years after it was started. People praise him because its still there. Obamacare would have only lasted if another Dem came in right after him to finish the job. That is not good enough.
Trump has managed to erase almost all of what Obama did. The debt can't be erased. That is one thing that will last way into the future.
I would say that Clinton and Reagan were much better Presidents because they worked with congress. And their achievements have lasted. Obama did not even try. Just like Trump now. Just gave up and did EO's. Both bad presidents. Trump has time to salvage his legacy. Not holding my breath.
Obama took the country out of the Great Recession that was going on when he took officein 2008. That was a huge accomplishment and saved our economy, and especially the auto industry (General Motors). The housing market tanked in 2006-2007. You must not have owned a home back then. Our home value went down $100,000. Glad we had a President who could steer us back to a good housing market—Barack Obama. Of course, Trump has managed to remove Dodd-Frank, which had protected us until lately, when Trump got rid of it.
Yes, maybe if he had smoozed more with Congress, Obama could have accomplished more, but I doubt it. The Repubs did not want him to have any successes and the racist faction worked against him also. And don’t count Obamacare out. MANY Americans still rely on it for their healthcare. They aren’t aware that The Affordable Care Act is actually Obamacare.
So no, Trump can’t compare to Obama. Trump is only trying to help himself, his buddies and his family. Shame on you for putting Obama in the same class as this fool we have now, Donald Trump.

FOX NEWs as fully 50% of cable news viewers, and they are nothing but a mouthpiece for TRump.
Then you have literally hundreds of other outlets pushing right wing nonsense. right wing radio, Infowars,
and lets not forget DRUDGE, who set the tone for hundreds of outlets...
We also have FOX TV and SPECTRUM which DOMINATE all broadcast TV across the USA. They are both staunch supporters of TRUMP.
So the only way you get 80% is by excluding the majority of right wing media outlets. And the very fact you are spouting 80% and 90% PROVES how strong the right wing media is because it was RIGHT WING media that made those numbers up and got you and others on the right to endless echo them.
