Also refused to serve the man in front of her who also was not gay but spoke up. Seems that the cashier was ranting about gay people to all the customers in the store.
Langford says an appeal to the store manager about what she saw as discrimination yielded no results. The manager and clerk cost the store money and got it unwanted publicity.
So far there are two people who should be fired.
When WWL called the store Sunday to inquire about the incident, the manager on duty claimed to know nothing about it.
