One thing we don't know is whether it was an "outside" police officer or a school resource officer.

Another thing to think about -- I have seen kids arrested for stealing 1 Coke from a 7/11.

And an illegal search. Scumbags.
I agree with that. Even kids have the right to not have to submit to an illegal search.

Guess who does the grocery shopping in my house? Am I gonna spend $6 on grapes that will last as a snack for 2-3 days or am I gonna get three pounds of pork that will make 2-3 dinners? Ten pounds of rice that will last nearly a month or veggies with most meals?

They're getting fat because they survive on 88 cent cans of raviolis and chips from the dollar store, not cos they're eating well on "your dime".
Nope. The USDA itself has already proven your ridiculous assertion WRONG:

Income-eligible adults who get food stamps: 44% obesity rate.
Income-eligible adults who do not get food stamps: 33% obesity rate.

Exhibit 5, here: http://www.fns.usda.gov/sites/defaul...-SNAP07-10.pdf

The adult poor would be better off, health-wise, if they were NOT given food stamps.
