Not in his/her area. Bc has a pretty cool tax neutral system. Globally impractical but regional it is actually nice. You should read up on it. It balances carbon vs income tax, not to exceed earned tax rates.

Melted sea ice does not result in a rise in the sea level.

Ice above flotation does. That is ice sitting on bedrock that is above flotation not already displacing its own volume of sea water does contribute to sea level rise when broken up and floating.
