Mark Suckerburg walls off his mansions, and now is walling off a huge piece of land in Hawaii.
I thought they didn't work.
Anti-Trump Open Borders Advocate Zuckerberg Buys Hawaii Property - Puts Up Wall

Maybe it's to protect all the Syrian refugees he has allowed to squat on his land.

Typical limousine liberal.

Oh please. I can see why neighbors are annoyed, but to compare walling off an estate to an entire border is silly. For those who live in the east, midwest, etc...of our country

Wall only deter the less determined. The Donald's Wall is nothing but a full employment program for the people smugglers and a feel good for his supporters blinded by his BS.

The wall is for privacy, not protection.

I bet you it takes less than a minute for someone to breach that wall, if he/she so choose. Hell, my dog could probably jump over that.

The wall is likely for privacy, not protection.

I bet you it takes less than a minute for someone to hop over that wall, if he/she so choose. If Trump wants to put up a wall because he doesn't want the Mexicans to see him sunbathing nude, that's one thing. But he insists the wall will deter illegals from crossing over, it won't. That's the point that you guys are missing.

My parents live in a 3 acre land and put up fence around the property, not to stop intruders because any yahoo can climb over a wall; but to stop the wild life from entering. The point is - a wall serves more purpose than to prevent people from coming in.

Of course it will stop some. It all depends on how much the individuals want to get in. Most stores have glass windows and that is sufficient to stop most people from breaking in; but not all. So, if glass windows and doors are deterrents; walls would be better deterrents.

By the way; how many yahoo's have climbed over your parent's wall? How high is the wall? I believe that Trump's proposed wall will be higher and more painful to cross than your parents or Mark Zuckerberg's.

It's a privacy fence. Nothing more. His is 6 feet. My fence is 8. A determined intruder can make their way over either, probably. I posted the video above from Viva Terlingua to try and knock some sense into certain "wall" people. It's been my experience that many of those folks have never been anywhere near the border. They have no idea how remote the area is...that for many parts of Texas they would have to first build roads (and blast off the tops of cliffs and mesas) in order to get the equipment there in the first place.

it is for protection as well. no billionaire would ever do just a privacy wall, they also want protection as well.

Why is it silly? What are the fundamental differences?

So, you have read Zuckerberg's mind that the wall was built simply so that he could walk around nude on his property?
