Wait a minute. I saw another video. A white female reporter and cameraman came up to the home of a black woman. There were no racial slurs said. The black woman threw a rock at the cameraman, brought out a ball bat and sicked her dogs on the white female reporter. I can't open the link to the video in the OPs message.
If that's what the first video shows, then I agree with you.

Here's the video I saw. Don't know how I got connected to it. This mom's daughter was killed and the reporter approached her at her home. Sorry for the confusion.
