OpanaPointer, why should I trust you without a gun? I would be more likely to trust you if you have the training and discipline to use a gun and the knowledge to know when to use one and not to use one.

First, show me their responsible, then we'll talk about how many more we need.

Inversion of logic. Sweet.

Yes but you're avoiding answering.

Let's say I'm packing my .357 and I walk into a packed bar with every intention of killing everyone in there. If I'm the only person with a gun, I'm probably gonna kill a lot of people before the police arrive. On the other hand, what happens if everyone in the bar is armed? My life expectancy and body count just went WAAAY down.

So yeah, more guns kinda helped out there -- and it didn't even matter whether the guy or gal who dropped my ass was a nice person. Might have been an irresponsible *******. Doesn't matter. They wanted to live so they shot me and saved the lives of lots of people.

Maybe you can better explain how more legally armed citizens is going to lead to terrible outcomes? I'm not following your logic here.

What the hell is your point?? I don't walk into a place and wonder who is carrying and should I trust them or not.

Not even people who get shot by "responsible" gun owners?

It's a simple question: How do I know I can trust you with that gun you're carrying?

Ever ask yourself that on a state, 2 lane, bi-directional highway at night?
